It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivy Mae Welsh (Beaver, Pennsylvania), born in Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Charles Welsh Jr.; her children, Jeffrey Welsh (Kirah) and Lisa Mooney (James); her sisters, Vicky Gaskins (George) and Dana Ross (Tony); her grandchildren, Kylie Wagner (David), Zachary Mooney (Hope Berneburg), Shae Stang (Edward) and Aria Medved (David); and her great grandchildren, August, Aurora, Juniper and Aiden.
