He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shaban and Anne Shaban; his sister Carol Huchko; his brother-in-law Ronald Huchko; his aunts, Frances Zanath and Mary Werling; and his uncle John Bandula.
He is survived by: his wife Frances (Carvelli); his siblings, Linda Ondovcik (Ed) and Dr. Stephen Shaban; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Huchko (Mary), Debbie Folmar (Dave), Greg Huchko (Lori), Mike Ondovcik (Allison), Teresa Sirianni (Paul), Rachel Herisko (Mike), Ryan Shaban (Lindsey), Matt Shaban (Bella) and Christina Shaban. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's name to Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
