She was predeceased by : her parents, George W. Weber and Gertrude Weber (Graham); her husband Ralph L. Eckman; her son Ralph L. Eckman; her siblings, Gertrude Rader, Mary Jane Carbone, Evelyn Byers, Thomas, James Weber, Jeanne Murray and George; her granddaughter Julia Eckman; and her great grandchild Elliot Eckman.

She is survived by : her children, Mark Eckman (Elizabeth) and Jeanne Hardy; her grandchildren, Jeremy Eckman (Amanda), Jeffrey Eckman Joshua (Ashley), Cody Hardy (Naomi), Bradley Eckman (Sydney) and Leeanna Norman (William); her great grandchildren, Ronald "Boog" McChesney, Mariah McChesney, Colten Hardy, Addison Hardy, Lucas Eckman, Holden Eckman, Hayden, Araiah, Katarina and Deegan Vincer; her brother William Weber; her sister-in-law Carol Eckman; and her friend Iris Hoylman.

Memorial contributions may be made in Lela's name to the First United Presbyterian Church, 3385 Old Darlington Road, Darlington, Pa 16115.
