He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel A. Garcia and Nancy A. Garcia (Koontz). He is survived by: his children, Emily Garcia and Manuel A. Garcia; his girlfriend Janell Lyon; his sister Robin Applequist (Rod); and his sibling's children, Chad, Brett and Janelle Applequist.
