She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Rambo and June Rambo; her husband Jack C. Carpenter; her stepchildren, David Carpenter (Gladys) and Susan Hoyt (Bill); and her sisters, Darlene Thomas and Rose Coulter.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lou Lowe (late Willard), Kim Lehocky and Gregory Carpenter; her stepson Jack Carpenter (Joan); and her sister Janet Zawislak (Frank). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
