She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred R. and Mary E. Monaco, Sr.; and her husband Edwin D. Hill, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Edwin D. Hill, Jr. (Tina Modany), Michelle F. Hill Randall and Toni L. Hill; her siblings, Alfred R. Monaco, Jr. (Kay) of Altoona, WI and Anna Marie Monaco Tomlinson; and her grandchildren, Michael A. Randall of San Jose, CA, Christopher E. Hill-Junke (Maureen), Patrick A. Hill-Junke, Gabrielle Monaco, Cassandra R. Hill Stoner (Joshua) and Edwin "EJ" Hill, III. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rosemary's name may be made to the United Way of Beaver County, or the Edwin D. Hill Charitable Trust.
