She is survived by: her husband John Simecak; her children, Patricia Kovalesky, Hubert Kovalesky Jr. (Barbara Guy) and Eugene Kovalesky (Kathy Smith); her grandsons, Steven Sipe, Matthew Sipe, Tommy Lipp (Dena Cook), Curtis Kovalesky (Rebecca Sheplar) and Hubert Kovalesky III (Alisha Nola); her children, Macie Lipp, Lincoln Kovalesky, Kelly Kovalesky and Curtis Kovalesky II; and her siblings, Linda Devich (Nick), Deborah Jordan (George), Jim Justice and David Justice (Diane).
