He was predeceased by: his parents, John Glaab and Mary Jane Kelvington Glaab. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat, John and Donna Glaab; and his siblings' children, Stacy (Frank), John Glaab (Melinda) and Matthew Glaab (Kristen).

The family asks contributions be made to the church in Tom's memory.
