He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hogue and Opal Wallace Hogue; his wife Deborah Hogue; his daughter Katie Hogue; his sisters, Linda Mason and Harrietta "Cissy" Hogue; and his siblings' children, Steve Mason, James Robert Allison and Jennifer Hogue.
He is survived by: his children, Ross C. Hogue and Elizabeth Hogue (Jeff Melhorn); and his pets, Ernestine, Rocco and Elliot. He is also survived by the cats; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Noll Funeral Home Inc. (333 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
