She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Willoughby and Alma June Willoughby. She is survived by: her husband Alan Romigh; her daughter Joann Griffith (Peter Griffith) of Rochester; her sister Nihla McCall (Marvin McCall) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Sean Biggs, Ashley Landfair, Nathaniel Griffith, Selina Lee (Kane Lee), Brandon Helgerman and Micheal Helgerman; and her great grandchildren, Conner Biggs, Jayce Helgerman, Roman Landfair, Paige Landfair, Zane Lee, Emma Helgerman and Lilith Biggs.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made in the name of Twila Romigh to either the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
