She is survived by: her husband Stephen Matotek; her son James Gugliardo (Samantha) of New Brighton, PA; and her siblings, Nancy Owens of Cranberry, PA, Frank Davis (Diane) of Denton, TX, Mike Matotek (Juanita) of Beaver Falls, PA, Bob Matotek of Ogden, UT, Joe Matotek (Jeanne) of Ellicott and Dan Matotek (Louise) of Murraysville, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
