He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence K. Cummins and Florence E. McClurg Cummins; and his sister Evelyn Webster. He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Zeh Cummins; his daughters, Jennifer Terry (Jeff) of Rudolph, NJ and Kimberly Meyer (Chris) of Etters, PA; his brothers, Rev. James Cummins (Debbie) and Robert Cummins (Robin) of Racine, PA; and his grandchildren, Leah Terry, Leanne Meyer, Ethan and A. J. Terry.
