He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Lewis and Fay Lewis; his wife Judy; and his siblings, Clifton "Packy" Lewis and Evelyn Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Bret Lewis (Beth) of Clinton, PA, Bradley Lewis of Cary, NC and Deanna Mahkovec of Phoenix, AZ; his sister-in-law Carolyn Lewis; and his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Lucas Mahkovec, Joel and Wesley Langmann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Noll Funeral Home Inc. (333 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
