He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy G. Foor and Marjorie Foor (Gephart); his brother Terrance Foor; and his son David A. Foor. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Foor (Smith) of Beavertown; his children, Michael Foor (Lori) of Beavertown, Mark Foor (Melissa) of Newport and Wendy Wenrich (Bill); and his grandchildren, Christopher Foor (Leah), Stefanie Hollenbach (John), Danielle Hoffmaster (Colton), Shawna Fultz (Randy), Reggi Armes, Kemah Armes, Hannah Lauver (Derek) and Emily Foor. He is also survived by 11 great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St Paul's Reformed Church (127 W Walnut St, Beavertown, PA 17813). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. Paul's Reformed Church (127 W Walnut St, Beavertown, PA 17813).
