He is survived by: his sons, Justin Lewis (Kimberly) and Jerry Lewis Jr. (Kathryn); his stepdaughter Karen Knepp; and his siblings, Charles W. Lewis (Helen), Terry Lewis, Mary Lewis Eichenlaub, Vickie A. Lewis and Glenn Eberhart. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
