Kuhns; his children, Steve D. Richard Jr. (Bernadine), Jeremy B. Richard (Kristin), Angie Howell (John), Brad Wagner (Ange) and Amie Bailey (Mark); his grandchildren, Garrett Howell (Kelly), Kolby Howell, Justin Shirk (Terra), Morgan Henderson (Dezz), Jordan Bailey (Abbey), Miranda Derr (Josh), Alaina Richard, Wyatt Wagner, Jaden Wagner and Hunter Richard (Autumn); his great grandchildren, Brantley, Amelia, Zealand, Laiklee, Gracie, Kason, Remi, Anderson and Aaren; his sisters, Beth Nornhold (Robin) and Stacie Shambach (Rod); and his brother-in-law Mike Seitz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
