He is survived by: his spouse Meryl B. (Gander); his children, Gwendolyn Hendry (Christopher), Jennifer Knox (Richard), Lief Hansell, Valerie Swartz, Noah Hansell (Midori), Joy Anna Sands (David), Matthew Hansell (Allyson) and Meghan Carr (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Emma, Sophia, John, Benjamin, Amanda, Kyle, Sedona, Nikito, Abigail, Christian, Lily, Elliot, Sarah and Liam. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
