She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd A. Wertz and Mae V. Wertz (Leonard); her former husband Raymond R. "Steve" Estep Jr.; and her sister Barbara Black. She is survived by: her husband James Frailey; her daughters, Nancy Jean Estep (Pete R. Van) and Betty Jayne Estep of Henderson, NV; her grandson Casey R. Rosenberg of Henderson, NV; and her nieces and nephews, Bryan, Kevin, Steven Black, Mary Jo Stahl, Robert Estep and Georgia Williams.
