He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kirchner and Emma Pearl Kirchner (Smith); his wife Mona Sue Calhoun; his siblings, Eugene "Gene" Kirchner (Betty), Paul Kirchner (Beulah), Irene Shroyer (Floyd), Anna Winebrenner (Clinton "Doc"), Betty Jenkins and Wilda Emerick (Danny); and his brother-in-law Ken Witt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Sellers (Jim) and Jill Groff (Jim); his grandchildren, Logan Diehl (Laura), Abby Groff and Molly Groff; his great grandchild Brecken James Diehl; his sister Nancy Witt; and his nephews, Calvin Kirchner (Connie) and Steve Witt. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Geisel-Styer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services Inc. (330 E Pitt St, Bedford, PA 15522). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
