She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert C. Garland and Alma L. Garland (Jay); and her siblings, Richard Garland and Nancy Garland. She is survived by : her siblings, R. Royce Garland (Gloria) of Boswell and Virginia Fisher (Tom) of Bedford; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa L. Waugerman (Jeff) of Keedysville, MD, Kristen L. Deremer (Dale) of Jessup, Scott R. Garland (Wanda) of East Freedom, Robert J. Fisher (JoAnn) of Bedford and Amy Mellott (Fred) of New Enterprise. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
