He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Clapper Sr. and Katherine (Whiteman); and his sister Barbara Weyant. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Lomonaco (John) of Sewell, NJ, Elizabeth Loizos of Millsboro, DE and Charles (Jennifer) of Crum Lynne, PA; his grandchildren, Ryan, Sophia and Charles Clapper Jr.; and his siblings, Joseph Clapper (Faye), Janice Sembower and James Clapper.
