Messer of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brother Greg Tope. She is survived by : her husband William Messer; her sons, Travis Martin (Lisa) of Fishertown and Trent Martin (Dawn) of Bedford; and her grandchildren, Alex Wolf, Madison, Bailey, Samuel, Abigail and Alicia Martin. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
