It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth R. Messer of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brother Greg Tope. She is survived by : her husband William Messer; her sons, Travis Martin (Lisa) of Fishertown and Trent Martin (Dawn) of Bedford; and her grandchildren, Alex Wolf, Madison, Bailey, Samuel, Abigail and Alicia Martin. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
