With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick J. Hagen of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Rutherford, New Jersey, who passed away on July 2, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Hagen and Freda Louise Hagen (Gempp); his sons, Patrick and Timothy; and his brother Edward Hagen.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hagen (Smith); his daughters, Carol Jean Gosseaux (Pierre) of Clearville and Kelly Ann Hagen of Bedford; his grandchildren, Thomas Frederick Hagen of Bedford, Kristi Gosseaux of Bedford, Koah Hagen of Bedford, Van Hagen (Evie) of Bedford and Matthew Miller (Christina) of Bedford; his great grandchildren, Erin, Shana, Seana McDaniel, Job and Jocie Hagen; his great great grandchildren, Asa, Roma, Ziggy and Kannon; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Smith (Elaine) of Stoystown, Glenn Smith (Margaret) of Michigan, Shirley (late Lee Smith) of Madley Hollow and Linda Smith Holler (late Kenny) of Schellsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
