With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Ernest Washington of Bedford, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ernest and Rae Washington (Harris); and his great-niece Michelle Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Vera Mable Washington (Bradford); his children, Garnell E. Washington of Bedford, Gregory E. Washington of Bedford and Gennifer E. Washington of Bedford; his grandchildren, Marley, Warren, Savanah, Kamberly, Miles and Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Maylin and Zayvien; and his sister Wilma E. Poole (late Elvis Lee Poole Sr.) of Bedford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
