He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph S. Bowers and Mina Pauline Bowers (Mentzer); and his half-brother Jack Hite (Audrey). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Bowers (Sellers); his daughter Lynn Ann Elliott (John) of Bedford; his granddaughters, Megan L. Elliott of Bedford and Jordan E. Elliott of Altoona; and his great grandchildren, Ryan A. and Chase R. Cornell.
