We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2023, at the age of 67, James E. Berkey of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Everett, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James E. Berkey to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther E. Berkey and Pauline Berkey (Egolf); and his parents-in-law, Roy and Dorothy Shaffer. He is survived by : his wife Mitzi Berkey (Shaffer); his son Lukas Berkey (Christal) of Everett; his grandsons, Cory J. Berkey and Benjamin L. Berkey; his sister Pamela Berkey of Mechanicsburg; his brother-in-law Mike Shaffer (Tina) of Bedford; his nephew Michael Shaffer of Bedford; his niece Amy Solar of Claysburg; and his pets, Sam and Boone.
