He is survived by : his parents, John R. McIntyre (Sally) of Bedford and Jane Leppert (late Robert) of Bedford; his son John Reese McIntyre of Bedford; his sister Tracey Shontz of Bedford; his niece Emmaline Shontz of Mechanicsburg; and his nephew Benjamin Shontz of Bedford.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in John's name to Abby's Angels, 120 West Pitt Street, Bedford, PA 15522.
