He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Whitfield); his daughter Misti Williams (Ron) of Cumberland, MD; his stepdaughter Hughes (Matthew) of Arlington, VA.; his grandchildren, Makenna Grace Williams of Cumberland, MD and Riley Blake Williams of Cumberland, MD; his stepgrandchild Regan Anne Hughes of Arlington, VA.; his great grandchild Maevyn Shea Williams; and his brother James Ewing Zembower (Kay) of Bedford Valley.
