She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Isabelle Boozer (Miller); her husband Harry Slick; her grandchildren, Scherry Slick and Todd Ross Slick; and her siblings, Clair Boozer and Margie Boozer.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Green of Aberdeen, MD and Harry Todd Slick (Chrissy) of Bedford; her close friend Bill Davis of Altoona; her grandchildren, John Green II, Jessica Green-Farley (Chris), Jamie Turner (Green) and Kara Bennett (Eddy); and her siblings, Jim Boozer of Central City, Wayne Boozer of Schellsburg, John Boozer of Somerset and Emily Lasut. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and four great-great- grandchildren.
