She was predeceased by : her parents, Phillip Mobley and Delores Mobley (Sensebaugh); and her brother Eddie Mobley. She is survived by : her husband William Best Sr.; her children, William Best Jr. (Jill) of Bedford, Carol Wolfe (Kenny) of Cumberland, MD and Carolyn Gordon (William) of Ellerslie, MD; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Litzenberger, Tyler Brown and Dylan Price; her great grandchildren, Marcus, William Litzenberger, Colton and Kinsley Brown; and her siblings, Patty Felgar of Roaring Spring, Della Lingenfelter of Claysburg and Phillip Mobley of Texas.
