It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Richardson of Bedford, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Machtley and Mary Machtley (Evanick); and her siblings, Karen Wiest and Ken Diable. She is survived by : her husband Gerald "Rich" Richardson; and her siblings, Susan (Tom Carl) and Ronald (Kati). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills (2503 Bedford St, Johnstown, PA 15904).
