She is survived by: her children, Edward Brown of Bedford, Arthur Hamrick of Bedford, Linda Brown of Baltimore, MD and David Brown of Baltimore, MD; and her brother Kenny Phillips of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
