He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Octavio and Adelina Octavio (Salvatore); his wife Diane Octavio (Wojtulewicz); and his siblings, Anthony Octavio and Amelia LoStocco.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Hernandez (Richard) of Sudbury, MA and Anthony J. "TJ" Octavio (Jenna) of Putnam Valley, NY; his grandchildren, Drew, Danny, Josh Hernandez, Abby and Jake Octavio; his close friend Susan Illingworth; and his pet Nikki.
