He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lee and Rachel Foreman (Cessna); and his siblings, Richard Foreman, Martha Jane Hershberger, Charles Henry "Hank" Foreman and James Foreman.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Foreman (Nave); his sons, Brian Foreman (Lisa), Westminster, MD and Brett Foreman (Toya); his grandchildren, Colin Foreman (Meghan), Allison Foreman, Devin Foreman (Deaira) and Hunter Foreman; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Ava and Dawn Foreman; and his siblings, William Foreman (Joann), Thomas Foreman (Karen) and Sheila May (Barry).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Akers Funeral Home (299 Raystown Rd, Everett, PA 15537). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sam to the St. John's Reformed Church, 144 West John Street, Bedford, PA 15522.
