He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Moxley and Helen Moxley (Mowry). He is survived by : his wife Jackie Moxley (Faupel); his children, Matthew Moxley and Meredith (David Henderson); his granddaughters, Maris and Mira Henderson; and his brothers, Mitch Moxley and Scott (Lynn).
