He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Risbon. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Risbon (Lape) of Bedford; his daughter Halei Risbon of Chambersburg; and his brothers, Troy (Kimberlee) and Walter "Buddy" Kimberlee Lape (Price) of Fishertown.
