He is survived by: his friend Cove; his wife Joanne Foreman (Rose); his son Matthew Foreman of Clarence, NY; and his siblings, Thomas Foreman (Karen) of Hollidaysburg and Sheila May (Barry) of Bedford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at the Bedford County Memorial Park (4426 Business 220, Bedford, PA 15522).
