He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott E. Sr. Robinette and Olive Robinette (Mills); his son William A. "Bud" Robinette, Jr.; and his siblings, Scott, Jr., Walter "Hank", James "Jim", Donald "Tom" Robinette, Lillian "Bob" Pepple, Doris "Sis" Howlett, Marian "Betts" Giffin, Lois "Peg" Mowchan and Shirley Robinette.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Robinette (Mearkle); his daughter Charisse Pavelik of Mount Joy, PA; and his grandsons, Mason and Andrew Pavelik of Mount Joy, PA. He is also survived by siblings.
