He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie N. Stiffler and Winnie Stiffler (Zimmerman); and his brother Patrick Stiffler. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. (Fickes) of Bedford; his sons, Randy Stiffler of Bedford, William J. Stiffler Jr. and Michael Stiffler (Echo); his brother Harry Stiffler of Harrisburg; and his grandson Zakary.
