She is survived by: her sons, Chris Cook (Dawn), Norman Cook (Michelle), Jeremy Cook (Jeanette) and Andrew Cook (Erika); her brother Francis Reilly (Kay); her sister-in-law JoAnne Reilly; her grandchildren, Norman Archer Cook III (Anine), Tyler Devlin Cook, Alexandra Cook, Blaise Cook (Alexis), Kay Cook, Jeremy Castro Cook, Lacey Cook Simpkins, Sarah Jewel Cook and Starr Melody Cook; and her great grandchildren, Jaila Lombardo, Paxton Cook, Blake Michelle Cook, Angelica Eve Cook, Eden Cook, Genesis Cook, Graham Simpkins and Norman "Nickels" Cook.
