She was predeceased by: her husband Albert A. Fowler, Sr.; and her parents, Rev. William M. Frost and Dorothy R. Frost (Whitford). She is survived by: her children, Albert A. Fowler, Jr., Kathryn Weiss (Mark) and Elizabeth DeParvine (William); her brothers, William M. Frost, Robert Frost and John Frost (Karen); and her grandchildren, George, Roger Fowler, Geoffrey Weiss, Hailey, Logan and Kaitlyn DeParvine. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
