She is survived by: her former husband Robert Wellington; and her children, Robert R. Wellington of Beech Creek, Keith W. Wellington (Carolina), Jody Wellington of Lakeland, James D. Wellington of Allentown and Brenda L. Wellington of Allentown. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
