He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Garnett Rohrbaugh, Sr. and Marion M. Rohrbaugh (McConachy). He is survived by: his wife Marlene A. Niebling; his children, Paul S. Rohrbaugh (Sarah) of Schenevus and Catherine J. Levis (Luke) of Port Matilda; his grandsons, Jeremiah and Ethan Rohrbaugh; and his children, AJ, Alexander and Annika Levis.
