He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Leitch and Misty Leitch (Stover); his sisters, Blakelynn of Beech Creek and Ryleigh of Beech Creek; his grandparents, Bill, Karen Leitch of Beech Creek and Sherry Stover of Blanchard; his great-grandparents, Joe and Relda Laubscher of Blanchard; his aunt Heather Burnell (Jeff) of Beech Creek; his cousin Kiri; his great-aunt Linda Rupert of Beech Creek; and his caregivers, Tara and Erika.
