He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy S. "Dino" DeBerardinis and Darcy Huhra DeBerardinis (John Gregg); and his grandparents, Patsy, Ann DeBerardinis, Andrew and Nancy Huhra.

He is survived by: his wife Lindsey Levandosky DeBerardinis; his sisters, Dena Colditz (Charles) and Lisa Riley (Kevin); his grandfather-in-law Nancy Levandosky; his father-in-law Robert Levandosky (Janice Greyshock); and his grandmother-in-law Richard Levandosky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
