She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Lukac and Anne Lukac (Teska); her significant other Loreto Chiocchio; and her brother Michael Lukac. She is survived by : her sister Kathleen "Kathy" Lukac; her children, Kenneth Chiocchio (Sherri) of South Carolina, Jeffrey Chiocchio (Maureen) of Virginia, Timothy Chiocchio of Butler, PA, Sandra Chiocchio of Belle Vernon and Jennifer Chiocchio-Latkanich (Thomas) of Florida; her grandchildren, Nicole, Kenneth, Jessica, Erika, Scott Chiocchio, Amanda, Justin Chiocchio, Kara Clineman-Chiocchio and Matthew Latkanich (Maddy); and her great grandchildren, Mya, Halayna, Zara, Aiden, Kaleb, Haley, Mason and Makinley.
