He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Hall (Klasmeyer); his daughters, Michelle Hall of Belle Vernon and Melissa Miller of Manassas; his brother Jeffrey Hall of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Joshua Miller and Hayley Miller.
