He is survived by: his granddaughters, Addison, Alexis and Lanie Koliscak; his daughter-in-law Melanie Koliscak of Zelienople; and his siblings, Bernard'Bernie' (Rosemary Koliscak), Malcolm (Joni Koliscak), Michelle Geckle of Latrobe and Michael'Butch' (Sandra Koliscak). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
