He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry K. Packer and Patricia A. Packer (Pletcher); his brother Donald Packer; and his brother-in-law Matt Fultz. He is survived by: his daughter Brittney; and his sisters, Lisa M. Fultz of Zion and Kimberly K. Mansaray of Washington, DC.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home (201 Spring St, Milesburg, PA 16853).
