She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Schreffler and Phyllis W. Schreffler (Walker); and her brothers, Barry and Jeffrey Schreffler. She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Harter; her daughters, Sheri Miller (Doug) of Bellefonte and Cathy Lutz (Darren) of Bellefonte; her grandchildren, Ashley Miller (late Dale Miller), Michael Lutz (Erica) and Catelyn Kennedy (Jeron); her great grandchildren, Avery, Brantley Lutz, Grayson Miller and Asher Kennedy; and her siblings, Jerie Kellogg (Mark Miller), Denise Fry (Harvey) and Jeni Lucas (John). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
